Your whole business runs from one app and one form. Here is what each part does, with pictures. Come back anytime.
Tap Conversations in the bottom menu (the speech-bubble icon, second from the left). Every text, lead, and review reply lands here. This is really the only screen you need day to day.
On the Conversations screen, tap the + button (bottom right, marked in green above), then choose New Message. Type the person's number or pick a contact and text them like normal. Everything you send shows your business number, and their reply comes right back to this same inbox.
From the app home screen you can Make a Call or start a New Message in one tap.
You have a new business number. Here is exactly how it works so nothing is confusing.
The new number just points to your normal cell. When someone calls it, your phone rings like today. You answer normally. No second phone. If you miss the call, the system texts that person back for you so you do not lose them.

By hand: type their name and number.
Scan a business card: point your camera and it fills in the details.
Want the app in Spanish or English? Tap the gear (top right), then Language, and pick the one you want.
Every review, good or bad, gets a warm, professional reply in your voice, automatically. You never write a word.
Your 5-star reviews get turned into graphics and posted to your Facebook, Instagram, and Google for you.
If a customer does not leave a review, the system gently reminds them over a few weeks, then stops.
