Getting Started

1. Download the App

This is your command center. Everything runs through the app, leads, messages, and reviews.

2. Log In

Use the email and password we gave you when we set up your account. We sent them by text and email.

• Email and password: the ones we sent you. Can't find them? Text us and we'll resend them.
• Forgot your password? We show you how on Your App.
• On a computer? The app is your home base, but you can also log in on the web at app.slatesystems.io with the same details. English or Español, switch at the top right.

3. Enable Notifications

This is crucial. Notifications tell you when leads come in.

1. The first time you open the app, it asks about notifications. Tap "Allow".
2. Tapped "No" or not getting them? Turn them on in your phone settings:
3. iPhone: Settings > find Lead Connector > Notifications > turn on Allow Notifications.
4. Android: Settings > Apps > Lead Connector > Notifications > turn them on.
5. It changes by phone. Can't find it? Text us and we walk you through it.

App in English?

Your app should already be in Spanish. In English? You can switch it in seconds from the gear. We show you how, with pictures, on Your App →

4. Your One Job

After every happy customer, ask them for a review. It's the only thing you have to do, and it takes 10 seconds. The 3 steps and what happens next are on the Reviews page.

Part of onboarding is setting up your business phone number, and that sometimes needs your EIN (a free 9-digit IRS number for your business). Here's how to find it or get one free →

Quick Checklist

Before you go, make sure you've done these:

• Downloaded the app
• Logged in successfully
