Download the app, log in, and you're ready to go. Takes about 5 minutes.

1. Download the App

This is your command center. Everything runs through the app, leads, messages, and reviews.

Tip: Search "Lead Connector" in your app store. Use the login credentials we sent you.

2. Log In

Use the email from your onboarding and the password you created.

  • Email: The one you gave us during signup
  • Password: Must include a special character (!@#$%)
  • Forgot password? Use the reset link on the login screen

Can't log in? Text us at +1 (831) 230-8743 with your email and we'll reset it for you.

3. Enable Notifications

This is crucial. Notifications tell you when leads come in.

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Turn on All Notifications
  5. Make sure your phone allows notifications from this app

Why this matters: The first contractor to respond usually wins the job. Notifications keep you fast, you'll know within seconds when someone wants to hire you.

4. Know Your App

Here's what each section does:

Conversations All messages in one place, texts, chat, email, Facebook, Instagram
Contacts All your customers in one place. See their info and message history.

5. Your One Job

Here's what you need to do after every happy customer:

Add Them to the Marketing Form

Two ways to get there:

Option A: My Links Page

  1. Go to yoursite.com/my-links
  2. Tap Request a Review
  3. Enter customer name + phone
  4. Hit Send

You can also tap Copy Link to bookmark your marketing form link.

Option B: Direct Link

  1. Go to yoursite.com/marketing-form
  2. Enter customer name + phone
  3. Hit Send

Bookmark your My Links page! Save yoursite.com/my-links to your phone's home screen so it's always one tap away. Learn how →

What happens next (automatic):

  • 4 review requests over the next month (stops when they leave a review)
  • If they leave a review, reminders stop automatically
  • After reviews: 1-year referral sequence (5 messages spread out over the year)

That's it. Add every happy customer through the form, and the system does everything else. You focus on the work, we handle the follow-up.

Quick Checklist

Before you go, make sure you've done these:

  • Downloaded the app
  • Logged in successfully
  • Enabled all notifications
  • Bookmarked your My Links page: yoursite.com/my-links
  • Found the Request Reviews button on your My Links page
