What if I want to change something on my website?

Contact us! We can:

What about my old website?

We can import content from your old site, or start fresh. Usually fresh is better because we build with SEO in mind from the ground up.

Do you do SEO separately?

Review Questions

How do I send review requests?

Use the Marketing Form in your app:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap Marketing Form
  3. Enter customer name + phone
  4. Hit Send

The system sends the request and follows up automatically.

What if someone leaves a bad review anyway?

Contact us. We can help you craft a professional response. Often, a thoughtful response to a bad review actually helps your reputation — it shows you care about customer satisfaction.

How many reviews should I aim for?

Goal: 70+ reviews in 6-8 months.

Send a request after EVERY happy customer. If you're doing 10 jobs a week and half of them leave reviews, that's 20+ reviews per month.

Where is my review link?

What happens with negative feedback?

If someone rates you 1-3 stars, their feedback comes to you as a private text message — it does NOT go to Google. You can address their concerns directly.

Technical Questions

What's my login?

Your email from onboarding + the password you created. Password must have a special character (!@#$%).

Forgot password? Use the reset link on the app login screen, or text us.

Why do I have a new phone number?

Your toll-free number is:

  • Tracked for analytics (see how many calls you get)
  • Connected to auto text-back (captures missed calls)
  • Linked to your Google profile
  • Forwards to your real phone

Customers call the toll-free number → it rings your phone. You answer normally.

Can I use my own phone number instead?

The toll-free number forwards to your phone, so you still answer on your normal phone. Customers just see a professional toll-free number, and you get all the tracking and auto text-back features.

What if the app isn't working?

Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Log out and back in
  4. Update the app if there's a new version

How do I enable notifications?

In the app: Settings → Notifications → Turn on All.

Also check your phone's settings to make sure the app is allowed to send notifications.

Leads Questions

Where do I see my leads?

In the Conversations tab of your app. All leads — from forms, chat, calls, and social media — show up there.

How does auto text-back work?

When you miss a call, the system automatically texts the caller:

"Hey! Sorry I missed you. I'm in the middle of a job. Text me your project details and I'll get back to you ASAP."

They text back, and the conversation appears in your app.

Why aren't I getting many leads?

This system focuses on quality over quantity. The leads you get are high-intent — people actively searching for your services. They convert at a much higher rate than leads from paid ads.

As your reviews grow and your Google ranking improves, lead volume will increase. Give it 3-6 months.
